AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS · TOP AND BOTTOM LABELING
Apply separate pressure-sensitive labels to the top and bottom of your products with two Model 110S applicators on one automatic conveyor system.

THE SYSTEM
The Auto Labe 630S top and bottom labeling machine combines two Model 110S applicators with an Eagle Belt conveyor and touchscreen controls. Products travel through one system to receive separate labels on their upper and lower surfaces.
One applicator places the top label while the second applies a separate label to the underside. This gives each surface its own label, with placement configured around the product and the information it needs to carry.
Use the top label for product presentation and the bottom label for additional information. Auto Labe configures the product handling and applicator positions around your package and label requirements.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
The conveyor carries the product into the labeling zone, with guides positioned to keep it aligned.
The upper Model 110S dispenses a pressure-sensitive label onto the top surface at the configured position.
The second Model 110S applies a separate label to the underside as the product travels through the system.
The product leaves with both labels applied, ready for the next production step.
PRODUCT CONTROL
The 630S brings conveyor transport, product guides, and two adjustable applicators together to position separate labels on two surfaces.
Six 3/4-inch Eagle belts provide high-friction transport and can be repositioned for different product widths and the bottom labeling area.
Dedicated top and bottom applicators feed separate labels to their respective product surfaces.
Adjustable applicator mounts align each dispensing point with the required label position.
Rail adjustments keep the product centered without squeezing, binding, or rotating it.
The HMI provides access to system and applicator settings for setup and product changes.
Configure the upper and lower label positions around the package, available surface area, and label layout.
APPLICATION EXAMPLE

BUILT TO CONFIGURE
Each 630S is configured around the product, its top and bottom label placements, production speed, and required changeover range.
■ Two Separate Labels: Apply a label to each surface using two Model 110S applicators on a shared conveyor platform.
■ Product Fit: Match the conveyor and application layout to the size, shape, and available labeling surfaces of your package.
■ Adjustable Guides: Position products through the labeling zone while maintaining access to both target surfaces.
■ Applicator Setup: Align the top and bottom dispensing points for the required label placements.
■ Optional Coding: An Open Date hot-foil imprinter can add batch, lot, expiry, or use-by information before application.
SPECIFICATIONS
Final configuration is application-dependent. Confirm build-specific dimensions, product speed, label compatibility, and utilities on the approved proposal. Label size limits apply to each applicator.
