AUTOMATIC SYSTEMS · PRINT & APPLY
A conveyor-driven labeling platform built around the Model 155 print engine printing barcodes, FNSKU, date, and lot codes on demand and applying them at production speed with six application configurations.

THE SYSTEM
The 710S pairs Auto Labe's heavy-duty powered conveyor with the Model 155 Print & Apply Labeler. Products move down the line, receive a freshly printed label, and exit labeled without pre-printed stock or manual placement.
Each system is configured around the product, label placement, and production requirements. The integrated Model 155 accepts commercial-quality thermal print engines in left- or right-hand configurations, while the PLC-controlled applicator is programmed for the required application method.
Variable data can include serial barcodes, lot and date codes, RFID, and Amazon FNSKU labels.

HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
Items feed onto the powered conveyor. Optional product-handling modules can space, orient, and stabilize them.
The Model 155 generates each label on demand, including barcodes, FNSKU, lot/date codes, or RFID.
The selected tamp, blow, swing-tamp, or corner application places the label on the required surface.
The labeled product continues down the line, ready for packing, palletizing, or shipping.
APPLICATION METHODS
The 710S is configured for the motion and placement your product requires. Corner Wrap is a labeling result achieved through Swing or Swing-Tamp with increased dwell.
A pneumatic stroke presses the label straight down onto a flat or top surface.
A burst of air blows the label on with no physical contact ideal for fragile or recessed surfaces.
A sensor adjusts the tamp stroke to each product's height for lines running mixed sizes.
A swing-and-tamp hybrid that applies the label to the front or minor panel of a product.
A dual application cycle that labels two adjacent corners or panels in one pass.
Wraps one label from the front panel onto the side. This result is achieved via Swing or Swing-Tamp with increased dwell.
BUILT TO CONFIGURE
Optional product-handling, monitoring, and inspection capabilities can be configured to match the application.
■ Top Hold-Down: An overhead belt steadies tall or lightweight products through the label zone.
■ Low-Label Warning: A feed-wheel sensor alerts the operator on the HMI when the roll is running low; an installed light tower can also provide a visual warning.
■ Light / Warning Tower: Green means enabled, yellow indicates a warning, and red indicates an error.
■ Remote / External Monitoring: Streams applicator status.
■ Label Inspection & Verification: A camera or barcode verifier checks each printed label after application.

FEATURED APPLICATION
The 710S prints and applies FNSKU labels in-line. Adjacent-corner and corner-wrap applications place the label where the carton requires it so each case is ready to scan.
